This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 fireplace house will sleep 12, is available Weekly from June through Labor Day, AFTER Labor Day the house is available with a 2 night minimum stay. The house comes complete with washer-dryer, full kitchen, and all the towels and linens. There is a screened in porch with deck off that, large yard with fire pit, and charcoal grill for your use. It is just a short walk down to the beach where you can enjoy the sand and water. You have the Great Room with fireplace, cathedral ceilings and floor to ceiling bookshelves full of books, the house also comes with color satellite T.V.

The house is great for large families to spread out and enjoy the summer activities, or 2 families can share the house and the cost for a vacation that will always be remembered. Either way, while staying in the house you are always close to the different villages with their shops, beaches, and restaurants. Yet it is not very far into the city of Traverse City if you have the calling for the "Malls"

In the summer the house rents from Saturday to Saturday only. Call early, this house books early and fast. Check-in is 4pm and Check-out is 10am.

 The house is not just a "Summer Place" but a place that you can come to enjoy the Fall Colors, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Spring Flowers. We are close to everything, but far enough for plenty of peace and quiet, wake to the sounds of the birds in the summer or the falling of snow flakes in the winter. No matter how much snow we get, you will not have any trouble getting to us.
