The Overlook is a lake-view vacation house, available weekly from June through Labor Day. After Labor Day, it is available with a 3-night minimum stay. The Overlook House comes complete with washer-dryer, fully-equipped kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, and all the towels and linens. It features a rustic-inspired Great Room (with fireplace), cathedral ceilings and floor to ceiling book shelves full of books. Exiting the house is a screened-in porch and outdoor deck overlooking a large lush yard (lake view) with fire pit and gas grill for your use. Best of all, the Overlook House is just a short walk down to the beach where you can enjoy the sand and water.

The house is located 3 miles South of Northport, right off Leelanau Peninsula’s iconic highway, M-22. Situated up the hill from Sunrise Landing, it overlooks the beachfront resort and shares access to our private beach. (just a short walk down the driveway.)
